yesterday afternoon, they were out playing ... frankie came running in ... "hurry, hurry, you've got to come!" fortunately, she added as we were rushing out the door "its so cool" and lowered my alert status back to green. there was siobahn working on her chalking drawing of some kind of horse ...

... it was breathing ...

and frankie drew an alien cat with a beak ...







i then went back inside to continue what i was doing, and they continued chalking ... when i was summoned again, not only had they finished drawing a "solar system hopscotch", but had this to present to me as well ... "ladies and gentlemen, presenting siobahn & frankie and their skit 'we R on EARTH'":

This week was Reading Week. On Wednesday it was "Poem In My Pocket" day. That meant that we had to write a poem and tell it to other people.

Do you know how I got the idea for my poem? My friend Carmella, she gave me the idea for it. Her poem was about raisins. That's when I got the idea for strawberries. And this is my poem:

Strawberrys are sweet
Strawberrys are sour
All I want to do
Is eat them for an hour
